120 rolls of film is fairly light duty for a camera, especially if it has
been well cared for (kept clean and dry, and away from vibration and jolts, basically) - if it ain't broke, don't fix it, as the saying goes....
The easiest way to check the meter is to use some 100-speed slide film
under various lighting conditions - if most slides are correctly exposed,
the meter is fine. If they are mostly slightly too light or too dark, try
moving the ASA up or down a notch or two, and try again. If exposures are
irregular, it is time for a repair.
