As RC pointed out, it is a color-correction filter
(not a color-printing "CP" filter, which may degrade
image quality if designed for above-lens use only),
in a strength of 30 and a color of magenta (to reverse
the green of most fluorescent lights). It is available
from Tiffen (darn!) in various rim sizes. if not in 37mm,
then a 37->?? step-up ring can be used to fit it to
your camcorder...
