In general, specific "iris controls" are not offered on
one-chippers, but are on 3-chippers, but often when the
exposure is locked, then shifted with one-chippers, it is
the aperture that is being shifted (depending on light
level). Unfortunately, on all consumer/prosumer camcorders
I know of (with the possible exception of the XL-1, with a
specialized manual lens), the aperture changes are in
descreet amounts (often 1/2 stop), making operation during
a shot useless (the AE shifts on most cameras smoothly...).
In answer to your question: the Sony TRV900 and some
Panasonic 3-chip models...
