You can find Snappy-frame-grabbed images of a baseball game
from a Sony VX-1000 mini-DV camcorder on my web page
("Changing Showz - may appear here, Bob's Baseball Game").
Good enough for screen images, but a long way from print
quality, alas... If you do go the video-camera route,
and good low-light ability isn't necessary, I would look
at the Canon Optura. It has a non-interlaced mode that
is interesting for still image-making.
