CG Infinity, bundled with Media Studio Pro, produces
very clean titles over moving video, but only if you
import the clip into CG-I instead of trying to key a
title made in CG-I over a clip within Premiere (at
least with mini-DV...). Ulead Cool 3D has some nice
capabilities, but it will only import stills so it
doesn't work well with titles over moving video,
alas (again, at least with mini-DV...). If you do not
need to place titles over motion video, Premiere's
titler, combined with filters and the motion effect
can produce a much wider range of title types than
it would at first appear...
