I keep finding more uses for this lens...
- Collector value (? - though not mint, they are nice, and unusual...)
- "Macro" lens (at 1/5th X only, though very sharp at this ratio, even at
wide apertures.
- Enlarger lens (only for 5x7 prints, but excellent [short of the
corners] by f2 - great for making small prints from REALLY
dense negatives...!
- Reversed as a very high quality 3-7X (speedy! ;-) micro lens on a
BR-2 ring and several inches of tubes/bellows.
- First-rate close-up lens when used with a 52mm<->52mm adapter,
and placed on the front of 105mm macro lenses (for about 2X).
(This last use may be the best - images made with it and the
105mm f2.8 AIS MF Micro-Nikkor at f16 are VERY sharp!)
Hope This Helps
