It is technically the "right" one for full daylight correction
of tungsten, but it (and tungsten-balanced films) look too
unnaturally "cold" to me - I prefer less correction, and use
an 80c (which also requires less effective film speed loss),
unless I am shooting close-ups where the light source type is
not obvious. If there is any daylight in the photo, the 80c
will look better, also, than the 80a.
