Why not either switch the recorder to mono-mode;
use two lapel mics (RS offers a simple dual-mono
to stereo mini-plug adapter) since one may get
"squished" momentarily with a movement, the other
not, or just record to one channel, correct the
results in post...? Sometimes I just split the
mono and record it on both channels, though (no
problem...).
