Make the title in 4:3 proportions. When imported into Premiere,
it will be "stretched" to 720x480 during editing,
but will be returned to the correct proportions when output
to analogue... Try "flicker removal" (and other things) if
the image motion is not smooth *on TV* (not the computer
monitor...).
