Uh, select the "razor" tool, click on the video track
a bit to the right of the cursor... Right-click on
a clip, select "video...", "transparency", probably
"white alpha matte"... Wow, doing rolling titles
in Premiere (hard to figure out!) before being able
to cut clips and set transparencies... Hmmm...;-)
