We all know what happened, I was virtually glued to CNN
reporting all the yesterday. It is shocking and terrible
and you can be sure that the overwhelming majority of people
of the world is with you. Yesterday it happened to you,
tomorrow it might happen to anyone else in the democratic
world.
Nevertheless, I find this kind of posting inappropriate,
as it does not really help anybody. The crossposting
of replies quoting the whole text is even worse. Those
who read it undoubtly know that the help is needed and
will help if they are able to. I can understand why you
posted it, but I hope that the whole America will not
follow your example.

Well, gosh...;-)
1) "Bandwidth" has not been in short supply for years.
2) The original post was important enough to reproduce.
3) The original poster expressed misgivings about posting
what he did, and I thought it appropriate to assure
him publicly that his post was both useful and welcome.
4) It is unlikely to result in millions, thousands, hundreds,
or even tens of similar follow-ups - but if it did...,
5) "Bandwidth" has not been in short supply for years.
6) "Net police" are more obnoxious than most of those they
try to curb...
Please think a bit before sending useless email in the
future - it is called "spam", and is not welcome...;-)
