If the background is plain, not moving, or not changing,
"export-movie" the rolling titles, then import the file,
cut it at the point you want it to stop, and without moving
the cursor, export and import "frame". Move the second half
of the rolling title to the right, opening a gap for the
length of the "hold", insert the still frame, and stretch
or squeeze it to fill the gap...
