Assuming that these are for screen-use only, and not for
making prints, scrub the timeline for the best image (with
minimal interlace "comb" effect from motion showing),
"Export" "frame" as a BMP, import it into a photo editor
and work on contrast/brightness/color/sharpness to
optimize it (though it will never make a good print, it
can make a good screen image - see
