And you will continue to be, if you go strictly
by the specs... (I provide camcorder reviews on
my web site, under "I babble", for those without
access to "hands-on" experience with these, but
trial is still the best way to see if you like
the results...). As to resolution, neither of
the above will make images with enough resolution
for good print-out, and the rated battery life is
highly inflated - I would get a digital still camera
or film scanner for digital prints (the camcorder
images may be good enough for web use, though),
and the TRV-900 for better video performance.
