Specs are rarely a good predictor of actual
real-world performance, or of whether or not
you will like the motion-video image. In the
example above, for instance, the higher
pixel-count probably indicates EIS, with the
actually-used-for-image pixel count likely
about the same for both, and everything else
being equal (it rarely is...;-), the
higher-pixel-count camera is likely to have
worse low-light performance... Specs give
little indication of actual picture sharpness,
contrast-characteristics, negative-artifacting
amount, low-light ability, color bias and
saturation, focus accuracy, sound quality, etc...
