This may not be very helpful, but, since there are only two surfaces
that the emulsion side of the film could contact (that do not rotate with film passage) in the 8008, I would check those for a build-up
of some sort - the flat surfaces on either side of the shutter opening
(though the film should not actually contact these areas normally).
I assume that you are not using reloaded cartridges (or the same one, repeatedly), or that you do know how to load cartridges cleanly....
I assume that you have checked to see that the pressure-plate is properly installed, with all four spring ends engaged (if it were far enough out of place, MAYBE it could push the film into contact with
the areas first mentioned). BTW, it may STILL be the lab(s) - they are
notorious around here for scratching film (and always the best frames!).
