You can play the video sound into a sound card to record it
in the computer as a WAV file, or you can use a video editing
program (like Premiere) to export the sound from an AVI file,
which can then be saved as a WAV file, or you can use an audio
program (like Sound Forge) that handles AVI files to extract
the audio and save it as a WAV file...
