"Safe" area varies with the TV... Try making titles, using
the Premiere titler, and place rectangles at the edges of
the marked "safe" areas, make a small video with these,
and watch them on various TV's. You may be surprised
by the results, but it will give you a rough idea
of how much is cropped from the preview window
area when editing...
