200 volts is probably on the low-power side of available flashes,
and a bit marginal, I would guess, in terms of long term use, even
if you never exceed 200 volts. And if you ever manage to twist the
flash enough to hit one of the TTL terminals in the shoe with 200
volts on the flash shoe terminal, UH-OH!
