Most likely the batteries...
John Beale has an article on his web page somewhere
(www.bealecorner.com) about this, and how to recover
the batteries by discharging them (not completely...)
using a 10 ohm 10 watt resistor for the 7.2v batteries,
and two in parallel for the PC-1 lower voltage batteries
(do it a couple of times, with charging after each discharge).
Just tried it with the NP-FS10, but have not shot with
the battery since...
