Hmmmm....? ;-)
Just go down to the 1-frame level, get the razor tool,
snip-snip, select and delete the nasty unwanted frame(s),
go get the "double-arrow" tool (hidden under the "lasso"
tool), use it to select everything to the right of the
hole, and pull everything left with it to close the gap...
Voila! ;-) (Never could stand to use the trim window -
editing right on the timeline seems so much more direct,
and gives me better control of clip sound blending...;-)
