I do the above in Premiere often - with the motion-tool,
you can size and place any number of layers (quad-screen,
with 1/2-size quad-screen moving from one corner to the
opposite corner, no problem [though for this, it is easier
to make the moving quad inset clip as a file first...;-]). Try
various ways, write a "cook book" how-to for yourself for
the future when you figure out the best set of settings
for your use...
