The rule of thumb with traditional-type materials is:
For every stop of push, multiply the dev. time by 1.5.
For every stop of pull, reduce the dev. time by a third.
But for you, this will produce too much contrast for
easy printing - you might want to try a "push" developer,
like Acufine, which can produce reasonable contrast at
higher ASA's (though all slower negative materials except
TMX that I have tried with Acufine produce kinda ugly
results compared with D-76, but when you're desperate...).
