I would consider buying the 20mm f2.8 Nikkor instead (better
optics). A used 28mm f2.8 AIS can fill in the longer WA lens
needs. I would buy the 20 in the AIS version , also (better
construction, nicer feel - and the AF and "D" features are
of questionable value for WA's, and for what you want to use
them for), though the optics of the 20, unlike
the 28, are the same in both versions.
