P=ExE/R; P=2304/R; increasing the series (R)esistence
*reduces* (P)ower...; increasing current in the mic would
increase power, though, but it would still be very low
(and relatively ***FAR*** lower than the current draw for
all the other camera functions taken together - and since
these power needs take several hours to use up the charge
on an NPF960 battery, I think the phantom power needs of
an external mic can be ignored).
