Can you first render the whole project and then play back
the timeline ("Enter" key...) without problems? If so,
start the camcorder recording, then do just that.
Normally with Canopus Raptor (you don't say what
card/software you are using...), one just renders the
edited project on the timeline (without making AVI files
of the edited material), and plays it out to tape. With
my old Spark card it was necessary to first make a
string of AVI files of the rendered material (with
one-frame overlaps at the file ends), then use the play-list
feature of the Spark software to output to tape...
Perhaps your system can do one or the other of the above?
