Best for me: make the graphic in 4:3 proportion,
preferably at 1280x960 (2X NTSC). It is sometimes
useful to add a touch of vertical-direction Better
Gaussian Blur if you see buzzing at the scan lines...
Stay with TV-safe colors, and about "222, 222, 222"
as maximum for white, and avoid using saturated
adjacent complementary colors...
