No problems with any of the above that I have seen...!
Other than a "stretched" preview window (things are "fatter"
looking than normal, but are OK on tape/TV), there is no
problem with this. Graphics brought into Premiere in the
640x480 proportion (rather than 720x480) are handled
properly, with no distortion. Premiere 5.1 has many bugs,
but would that they were all as untroublesome as the lack
of non-square pixel support. It is still the program I
choose to use, though, often as I holler at it (and the
people who put out such a buggy program! ;-) - and there
are work-arounds for most of the bugs...
