All three versions of the Nikkor 80-200mm f2.8 AF appear to have the same wonderful optics (only weakness is near 200mm near minimum focus near
maximum aperture [all together, not single conditions...] - otherwise, it
is just plain SHARP). The last version includes a tripod coller (nice!),
but it is now a two-ring zoom (very bad for us hand-holding manual
focusers!).
