If both (or more... - I often use four cameras) are run
continuously, it is not hard synching them all on the
timeline using sound-track cues. I then do the sound mix
and export/import it as a single track, then mute the
other tracks. You can then switch off/on the video tracks
to see what you have and want to use, cutting away what
you don't want to use. You can make straight cuts or
"shaped" dissolves on the V2 or higher tracks, or drop
clips down to V1A/B to use other transitions...
