Not 3-D, but you can add drop-shadows and make it crawl
or scroll: go to "File", "New", "Title", and use the "T"-button
with the arrows all around it (go to the "Help" files first,
since this process in Premiere is not obvious).
Alternatives: create a still title frame in Premiere or in
another program, and move it with "motion" tool (use "Help"
if you have not used the motion tool before...), placing it
on V2 or higher so you can set transparency if you want
the title to appear over the video image.
