I now use a Matrox G450 (trouble-free! ;-), but I used
to use separate ATI cards (and Matrox), with occasional
redraw problems... I started with a single monitor with
P-4.2, but it was worth the high price back then to get
more s - p - a - c - e ! ! ! ;-) Now, a used 17" monitor
and extra card (these need to be "Windows-friendly"...)
can be had for about $100, and the difference in editing
ease is worth FAR more...;-)
