If you make a window with a white background cover
most of the area of the monitor screen, you will
see two fine black lines running across the screen
horizontally, each about 25% of the height from the
edge...
This has been characteristic of Sony screens for
years - and these lines quickly "disappear" for
most users (they are not prominant...).
