Time was that the word was that different tape brands
should ***NEVER*** be mixed on a Mini-DV camcorder...
Perhaps that time has not yet passed...?
(There is no "burn-in period" - what you see is due
to clogged heads and/or messed-up tape - NEVER play
this tape again, and have the camera cleaned.)
