The DPS Spark + and M/P DV300 are the same Adaptec card - the
differences are in the software. If you don't need the SCSI
adapter, get the Spark (no "+"). The Spark ver. 2 software
is quite stable for me (and has been out longer, so is more
likely to be debugged compared with newer software...). BTW,
I would go with Premiere 4.2 or 5.1, not 5. Also, UDMA drives
can work well with mini-DV, saving some cash.
