None whatsoever, if you prefer to do without Matrix metering, and
P and S metering modes, as I do (and the camera is not a bottom-end
model like N4004 or N50, which won't work well in manual-metering
mode with MF lenses). I have about 25 MF lenses which work just fine
on N6006's, N8008's, N90's, etc. (a nice thing about Nikon is that you
can use all the fine old MF lenses on the newer bodies, though most
newer bodies do require that non-AI lenses be modified to fit).
