Makes sense...;-) BTW (as you probably know), if your film speed and
meter are properly calibrated, the meter will tell you how to get
a medium grey tone from what you point it at (which may need
compensation) - assuming that the color is not strong (meters
have color errors, so it is best to meter dull or neutral colors...).
