If the footage was shot with the same camera (and if the
blue light was of constant color, and pure enough to wipe
out all other colors), it should be easy to match the B&W
to the color using the "color balance" video filter. If
not to any of the above, it may be easier to turn both
the same monochrome blue, and adjust the contrast and
brightness of one camcorder's output to match the other
(if the models and set-ups were not the same) before cutting
them together...
