I recently edited a short video for TV, then reissued it
on CD. Since in several places I had moved the picture
sideways a bit (it didn't show on TV, due to the cut-off),
my editing efforts showed clearly on the CD image, so
I used the Premiere "clip" filter to produce a black
border that reveals only the area seen on TV...
