If I understand what you are trying to do, you already have
one of the best solutions to placing "clean" type over
video: CG-Infinity. The trick, though, is to import the video
clip into CG-Infinity for overlaying the title, not
the other way around. When finished, take the clip (with
title overlayed) back into MS-Pro. BTW, it is usually a
good idea to avoid using pure white titles - "222-222-222"
values produce a light grey title that looks white on TV,
but works better than white.
