Unfortunately, it is unlikely to be found in magazines...
Magazines exist to sell products and advertising, and
reviews/articles tend to be shallow, "perky" expositions
of the "good/new" features on the latest products, with
little indication of their shortcomings or the possible
advantages of choosing older products instead. These
reviews/articles have little to do with real-world use,
and you are more likely to find the "nitty-gritty" here
on the video NGs, as reported by users.
