If the original poster meant "25FP/S", you would be right,
but he also says "25/sec" and the subsequent info indicates
he meant 1/25th second (shutter speed), 1/2 normal for PAL... Sometimes a bit of "translation" is needed in
deciphering what a poster really meant to say...;-)
(And, sometimes, that "translation" can be wrong...;-)
