I think some people don't know what constitutes a
"good image"...;-) Dropping the shutter speed to
1/2 normal minimum (1/50TH PAL) drops alternate
scan lines, seriously degrading image sharpness,
and smoothness on contrasty edges and with motion...
You have simulated a negative aspect of motion-film,
without simulating any of its advantages... BTW, for
