Um, I don't think so....;-)
These are manufactured, like anything else, and testing each
sample would be too expensive... BTW, I check a LOT of lenses,
and a very few Nikkor lenses do have a high variation rate (see my
Nikkor evaluation list, on my web page, under "I babble" - where
I try to indicate the sample variation).
