Time was when a bubble was the mark of "good" optical glass. Techniques
for making lens blanks have improved to the point where bubbles are
relatively rare, but they still do happen. If the bubble is very small, it will not affect the photo image in any way. If it bothers you aesthetically, return the lens to the dealer for exchange.
(BTW, small specks inside lenses often appear with age, and also have no ill effect.)
