If you are using an exported/imported video frame, or an
imported still, and are not moving/resizing it, there
should be no jitter... If you are copying a frame and
pasting it repeatedly, it will jitter (try "jitter removal",
under "video" - but better is exporting/importing a frame as
a still...).
