Ah, two stints as a nutty Nikon buyer/collector (the last, with 12 years
or so of access to Shutterbug ads, and lately, r.p.m - though I do not
buy with the ferrosity that I once did. ;-) - also, if friends had it,
a local dealer, a visiting Nikon rep - it wound up on my camera for a
quick check-out. As to the time, since I am a freelance photographer, I
am a self-unemployed member of the leisure-poor class - with lots of time
for indulgences like lens checking (and, lately, video..... OH-OH!!).
I am an audio-nut, also, but have tried to limit my reading/writing
to r.p.m, r.p.e.35mm, and r.p.marketplace - those, plus e-mails take
4-5 hours a day (!!!). Is there a newsgroup for newsgroup-addictees?
