Yes. But you don't tell us why you need that kind of resolution.
For print sizes up to at least 20x24, most any new or old good
quality lens at f16-f32 should do (if you use apertures smaller
than about f32, virtually all lenses for 4x5 will look the same,
and worse than most at wider apertures). Good lenses for 35mm
(and other formats) can easily surpass the lines-per-mm abilities
of lenses for 4x5 since the area coverage requirements are so much
smaller. Also, lenses for small formats are generally used at wider
apertures where well designed lenses can achieve higher resolutions
since the diffraction limit of resolution is higher at wider apertures.
(ALL lenses are limited by diffraction at small stops, which limits
4x5 lens resolution to lower values at the commonly used small stops.)
(BTW, DON'T let M.T. hear about your request for 4x5 lens tests! ;-)
