Um, sorry, but this sure sounds like, "The grass is greener where I
ain't"...! ;-) If you like great feel and looks in gear, along with
exceptionally good performance, may I refer you to the Nikon F3 and
AIS (manual-focus) lenses....? And, you can use your present lenses
until you replace them with those real-purdy black-metal-and-rubber
gems..! In the bargain, you get perhaps THE best viewfinder in 35mm
and nicely-finished, smooth-operating, very-high-quality pro-level
gear. Select carefully from the VERY extensive range of new or used
Nikkor lenses, and you can put together one great system - one that
would be hard to equal in the more limited-range Contax system..;-)
