Cheap? Hmmm... - the TC14 is sometimes sold cheap (same glass
as TC14B, but AI, not AIS, and who cares...;-) and is really
excellent on this lens (beats 70/75/100-300mm Nikkors, even).
No AF, though... 2X converters don't seem to work well with
this lens, unfortunately.
